a. You may return items purchased from us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: i. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

b. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

c. Once your return is received and inspected, Dastalker will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

d. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within5-7business days to the original method of payment.

e. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.

b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, Dastalker will issue a refund for the returned item according to our Refund Policy.
